Description of the holiday home in Santa María de Llorell
Excellent holiday home with terrace and parking. Located in the beautiful Cala de Santa Maria de LLorell. One of the most beautiful in the entire Costa Brava.
You access the house from the first floor which is made up of a renovated kitchen and completely complete with all kinds of utensils so that you can cook whatever you want. On the same floor you have the living room with access to the beautiful terrace with barbecue, and sea views. On the upper floor (which is accessed via a flight of comfortable stairs) we have two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cabin. One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other room has a double bed and a 90-high bed.
The house has two private parking spaces (one next to the house, and one on the beach), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV.
* This house has a kitchen kit as a courtesy (kitchen paper, garbage bags, cloth, laundry detergent, scourer and dish soap or dishwasher tablets)
* It also has a bath kit as a courtesy (hand soap and toilet paper)
The house is located in a private urbanization (Santa María de Llorell). With beaches for the exclusive use of residents, and entry and exit control by barrier and security guards.
It has a supermarket less than 100 meters from the house, two beach bars where you can eat or have a drink. You can also do water sports and walk hiking trails.
