2. Check In Time: The accommodation will be available for input from the 15 to 21 hours in Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, and 16 to 21 hours in Santa Maria de Llorell, and Cala Salionç, Cala Llevadó. You will receive important instructions for the reception of the keys once the reservation is made. It is very important that we have your correct phone number. It is possible that during peak season and peak hours. 7. Not permitted: a higher number of people who admits the apartment, this being a cause of the right to admission, without repayment of the amount paid.
8. The customer is responsible: the care of the apartment. And it must be delivered in the same condition as received. Damage from misuse, is your responsibility. Except for damages for the same use wear
9. All prices include: water, electricity, gas, and parking (if the apartment has parking). In some apartments air conditioning, it will be included in the price consumption suitable light for the period of your stay, and will have to be paid exceeded the consumption stipulated in the contract.
10. Final cleaning: Final cleaning is an obligatory payment. In the final cleaning it is included changing quilts, mattress protectors and pillows, and the complete cleaning of the apartment.

13. Not all homes allow pets: Take advice of homes that allow pets.
14. Booking Cancellation: You can cancel a reservation, provided it is more than 60 days from the date of entry (for an additional € 10 cancellation proceedings). If the cancellation is within 60 days of entry to the apartment, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid if the apartment is rented again to other customers (paying € 10 cancellation proceedings). If you only rent a portion of the reserve, it will be refunded only the part that has been rented again.
