General conditions Holiday apartments

1. Customer service hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm. Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

2. Check-in time :. The accommodation will be available for entry between 15 to 20 hours in the accommodation located in Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar.

And between 16 to 20 hours in Santa María de Llorell, Cala Salionç and Cala Llevadó.

You will receive important instructions for receiving the keys once the reservation has been made. It is very important that we have your correct mobile phone number to be able to contact you if necessary.

 

3. Late check-in : Check-in after 8 pm is done through self-check-in. Collect the keys from a mailbox with a code and enter the accommodation (You will need to have an updated credit card to be able to charge the rest of the reservation the same day or make a bank transfer requesting an account number).

                                                                                                                     

4. Check-out time :. The accommodation will have to be vacated before 10 am in Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. and before 11 am in Santa María de Llorell, Cala Salionç, and Cala Llevadó. Request express check-out upon arrival (you leave whenever you want at the established time without having to wait for our agent). Leave the keys to the accommodation on the living room table.

 

5. Rest of the payment, together with the deposit and tourist taxes. It has to be paid for when handing over the keys to the accommodation. In the case of self-check in, the charge will be made on the registered credit card. 

 

6. It will not be admitted:. a higher number of people than the apartment admits (except for children under 2 years of age sleeping with their parents or cot). this being a reason for the right of admission, without the right to refund the amount paid.

 

7. The client is responsible for the care of the apartment. And it must be delivered in the same conditions that you received it. Damages due to misuse and breakage that are not due to its own wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the tenant, being deducted from the deposit.

 

8. All prices include: water, electricity, gas, and parking (if the apartment has parking). A bad use of the air conditioning (in the apartments that have this service) could cause an additional charge, for example leaving the terrace doors open with the air on.

 

9. Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is a mandatory payment. The final cleaning includes the change of bedspreads, mattress protectors and pillows, and the complete cleaning of the apartment.

 

10. Bedding and towels: They are not included in the price, except in the Executive accommodations that do have them included. You can bring your own, or you can also rent them in advance. The price of the bedding (bottom, sheet and pillowcase) is € 10 for each person. And € 5 a set of towels (one for shower, and one for hand) 

 

11. Tourist taxes: € 0.99 for each person and night. This rate will only be paid by those over 16 years of age. and will only be charged for the first 7 nights                                                                                                                       

 12. Not all homes allow pets. Find out which houses allow pets (there is a charge for each pet for additional cleaning purposes and always on request).                                                                                                         

 13. Cancellation of reservation:. You can cancel a reservation at no cost, as long as it is more than 60 days from the date of entry. In case the cancellation is within 60 days of entering the apartment. You will be entitled to a refund of the amount delivered if the apartment is rented to other clients (paying 2% of the amount paid for bank fees). If only a part of the reservation is rented, only the corresponding part will be returned.

 

14. Cancellations for Covid 19 reasons :. Due to the covid 19 coronavirus pandemic, all reservations that are affected by this reason, either in Spain or in the country of residence of our clients. It can be canceled 15 days in advance, at no cost to our customers. The reasons that may justify this cancellation must be the total or partial confinement, or the recommendations of the authorities of reduced mobility both in the client's country and in the area where our apartments are located.
